James A Wagner, PE (President)
Over 30 years as a Civil Engineer licensed as a Professional Engineer registered in NY & NJ, and MD. His primary responsibilities include all aspects of business development and providing construction management and consulting services to private parties, the regulated community, and municipalities, as well as participating in technical organizations and working with administrative lawmakers and regulatory agencies, where his capabilities include structural, chemical, geosynthetics and geotechnical sciences, environmental sciences, remediation services, inspections, assessments, regulatory and compliance consulting, and field services.
Mr. Wagner primarily implements, conducts and reviews closure plans, stormwater plans, construction demolition plans and spill plans including Discharge Pollution Control and Countermeasure (DPCC) Plans, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, Field Response Plans (FRPs), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Treatment Works Approvals, (TWAs) and prepares numerous Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for various clients with facilities throughout NY, NJ, MD and PA.
